How much does it cost?

A basic package with an enrolment form costs $39 per month. We can add questions unique to your practice for $49 per month. A complete package with an enrolment form, custom questions and a full health questionnaire with any questions you like costs $59 per month.

What if I'm a small practice?

We really value the work done by small practices and the challenges they face, and so we're willing to negotiate a deal that works for them.

Can I limit my enrolments?

Yep! We know some places are taking limited, or no enrolments at the moment. You can limit enrolments to re-enrolment/pre-enrolments. We offer a way to generate a unique code for each patient, which you can then provide to them. Without it, they won't be able to enrol. We can also build and validate extra fields that enable the patients to continue instead; an example of this is requiring a valid student ID number.

How do health questionnaires work?

Very similarly to enrolments! After completing their enrolment, the patient will be prompted to fill out a heath questionnaire. This is emailed to the practice as a seperate PDF. You can send us a copy of your current health questionnaire, or a list of questions you'd like, and we'll base the questionnaire off this.

Will this integrate with my PMS?

Not yet, but we're working on it!

Does this simplify transfers?

Yes! As New Zealand medical administrators move away from using fax, Rapid Rehita is a paperless option which can easily be emailed.

Can new patients find us through Rapid Rēhita?

Yes. Patients can filter different practices by town, to find GP's near them, and enrol. If your enrolments are limited, this will show, and the patient won't be able to enrol without a code or special piece of identifying information.

We need to ask some special questions on our form. Can you do this?

Easily! Depending on the type and number of extra questions you want to ask, you may be interested in a full health questionnaire. However, simple questions like asking for a new patient's occupation or private insurance details can easily be incorporated if you let us know you need them.

Is this secure?

Yes! We don't store any data from your patients, and while we have it their data is always encrypted both in transit and at rest. Data also doesn't leave Australia and New Zealand, places where privacy requirements and regulations are comparable and work to protect your patients' interests.

Our practice uses MedTech32, which doesn't integrate PDF files well. Is this a problem?

No, it isn't! If you let us know that you're using MedTech32, we'll send your forms both as PDF files and as TIFF files, which MedTech32 does know how to use. Even better, we also offer a free service to convert PDF files from other sources without having to scan them!

Are the enrolment forms available in other languages?
